MemorizeRepeatPerfect

Buk Up memorizes words. You write your own translation, an AI checks whether it's correct, and you repeat it until you no longer just recognize it — you produce it entirely on your own. Set aside 15 minutes a day and watch your vocabulary grow noticeably.

No sign-up — your progress is saved anyway, you can create an account later.

This is an independent project — We'd appreciate your support.

How it works

Three steps for every word you want to memorize.

1

Write your translation

You try first. No one gives you the answer before you dig it out of your own memory.

2

The AI checks it

If your translation is correct, it gets marked as verified. If not, it tells you and shows you the correct form.

3

You repeat it until it sticks

You type the word several times in a row — at your own pace or against the clock — until your memory no longer needs help.

This isn't grammar.

It's vocabulary memorization.

Most language apps try to teach you everything at once: grammar, conjugations, pronunciation, culture. Buk Up does one thing, and does it well: making words stick in your memory.

Recognizing a word

You see the card, read the translation, and your brain says "yes, I know that" — without ever having to produce it yourself.

That's how most flashcard apps work.

Producing a word

You write the translation from scratch, with no hints. Your memory does the real work, not just recognizing something familiar.

That's how Buk Up works — and it's the difference between thinking you know a word and actually knowing it.

Bonus: since the whole exercise is typing, your typing speed improves as a side effect.

Frequently asked questions

If you have any other question, write to us — we're happy to answer.

Will Buk Up teach me grammar?

No — Buk Up focuses exclusively on memorizing vocabulary. If you're looking for grammar, advanced conjugations, or conversation, it's best combined with another tool.

How does the AI check my translation?

You write your own translation first. The AI validates it against the correct translation and tells you whether you got it right — it never gives it to you upfront.

How much does it cost?

We're in closed beta — for now it's free for anyone who joins the waitlist. Paid plans kick in once we open up to the public.

How long does it take to see results?

With 15 minutes a day you'll notice your vocabulary growing steadily — the key is daily repetition, not occasional marathons.

Your vocabulary doesn't grow by looking at cards.

It grows by writing it.
